If you are interested in advertising on Wimberley
Online, we offer a number of options:
Rotating
Banner Ads
Our primary option is a rotating banner ad that is rotated
with other advertisers and priced by how many times it is viewed or by how many
times it is clicked on to go to your web site. The number of times your banner
is viewed or clicked in a day is dependent on traffic on the site and the
number of ads being rotated at the time. Your usage is only counted if your
banner is actually displayed or clicked on so you get exactly what you pay for.
Our software randomly selects which banner to display, tracks both views and
clicks and sends you an e-mail once a week listing your activity. You will also
be able to sign in to a special page at any time and view your
statistics.
Requirements:
Banner ads must be a specific size
as indicated below and in .jpg, .gif, or .png format.
Banner must be no larger
than 351 by 60 pixels
as indicated by this box |
Pricing:
Rotating banner ads are sold in increments of 1000
and priced at 2 cents per view or 10 cents per clickthrough. Since most banner
ads have a clickthrough rate of only about 10%, buying 1000 clickthroughs will
result in about 10,000 views before they are used up. A great
value.
Static Banners and Page
Sponsorships
Although we prefer using the rotating banners described
above because we believe it provides measurable value, we will also quote rates
for static banners or page sponsorships on a particular page. Please contact:
